Continuous Position Indication

Pleiger's hydraulic continuous position sensing is based on a standardized digital positive displacement meter in combination with the CCM (Continuous Control Module) control module. This position sensing enables highly repeatable volume measurement and sets new standards in the position sensing of hydraulic actuators. Measurement takes place directly in the control line, eliminating the need for complex hydraulic circuitry to direct the oil flow into the return line. The CCM control module uses a highly complex algorithm to precisely measure the actual volume flow. Thanks to a teach-in run, the implemented self-learning mode allows any leakage-free hydraulic actuator to be used. The control system is therefore suitable for virtually all actuator sizes.
