Special HPU Design
20-foot high-cube container with CSC approval (Container Safety Convention) as an enclosure for outdoor installation and easy shipping.
With space heaters, additional Ex-approved doors, and heated door seals.
Local electrical control cabinets, lighting, instrument cables, and cable glands inside the container with Ex p specification according to CSA. HART transmitters with Ex approval and local display. Triple instruments for oil pressure, oil level, oil temperature, and ambient temperature.
Emergency quick-closing function in the event of a power failure. The unit is operated with a special low-temperature hydraulic fluid, which is actually intended as hydraulic fluid in aircraft applications for low temperatures down to -50 °C.
