EHS-DC Series Linear Actuators

The EHS-DC is an electro-hydraulic linear actuator. It combines the advantages of electric and hydraulic actuators, eliminating the need for time-consuming installation and commissioning work. The combination of a hydraulic cylinder with an attached PMT unit (pump-motor-tank unit) allows for a compact design with high power density that already includes all hydraulic components and reduces hydraulic piping and connections to a minimum.

The maintenance-free actuator unit is connected directly to the valve and operated without complex installation or flushing procedures. For applications requiring a safety function, spring-loaded single-acting hydraulic cylinders or bladder/piston accumulators can be used, which move to the safety position in the shortest possible time. Various modules from our PCM series are available for connection to the customer's control system. These enable setting different operating modes or transferring signals to the customer's control system, either discreetly or via ModBus (also redundantly).
