Metal foundry service

Pleiger offers comprehensive metal foundry services for light and non-ferrous metals. We support our customers through the development, production, and post-processing of high-quality cast parts and tailor all processes individually to the respective requirements and areas of application.

Our services include sand casting production for a wide range of light and non-ferrous metal alloys. Thanks to high sand compaction and the optional use of modern refractory coatings, precise molds with a good surface finish can be achieved. We manufacture non-ferrous metal cast parts in weights ranging from 50 g to 1,250 kg.

Through optimized manufacturing processes, in-house pattern making, and mechanical machining capabilities, small and medium-sized series in particular can be implemented cost-effectively. We process common alloys and take the desired mechanical properties into account, for example through suitable alloying elements, work hardening, or heat treatment. Special alloys are also available upon request.
